Prop A
General Improvements - $400,345,000
Keeping Schools Safe, Open, and Comfortable
Why it matters: Many campuses are running on end‑of‑life HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and security systems. Fixing the fundamentals keeps schools safe, open, and comfortable.
Benefits you’ll see: Secure entry vestibules, reliable AC/heat, dry roofs, working restrooms, safer parking/bus flows, and stronger cybersecurity, so teaching time isn’t lost to breakdowns.
How it fits: Prop A stabilizes buildings districtwide so every other investment performs better. By reducing emergency repairs and extending asset life, Prop A protects the budget headroom needed for targeted upgrades across campuses, athletics, and aquatics.

Prop B
Technology - $53,480,000
Keeping Students, Systems, and Staff Updated and Protected
Why it matters: Teaching, safety, and operations now run on the district’s digital backbone. Student/teacher devices and core networks are at end‑of‑life, and cybersecurity threats target K‑12 systems nationwide. Refreshing devices and hardening security keeps learning moving and protects student data.
Benefits you’ll see: Faster, more secure devices for students and teachers; stronger Wi‑Fi and wired networks; updated classroom panels/labs; and a modern security stack so lessons, testing, and communications aren’t sidelined by outages or cyberattacks.
How it fits: Prop B turns repaired buildings into modern, resilient classrooms and secures the systems like venue access control, lighting, cameras, scoreboards, event ops that students and communities rely on.

Prop C
Athletics - $29,165,000
Keeping the Community Active and Engaged
Why it matters: Shared facilities like Littleton Gym and district tracks/fields are decades old and heavily used by students from every high school. They need repairs and code/ADA updates. Refreshing shared athletic spaces keeps students active and engaged while avoiding the higher costs of deferred maintenance.
Benefits you’ll see: Safer, ADA‑compliant venues; updated floors, lighting, and support spaces; reduced injuries and maintenance surprises—plus better experiences for band, ROTC, PE, and community events
How it fits: Targeted renovations at high‑use, shared facilities serve all clusters, delivering districtwide impact without building new venues. Addressing wear‑and‑tear now reduces costly emergency fixes, extends facility life, and helps avoid renting outside space for competitions, stretching every bond dollar.

Prop D
Stadiums - $9,685,000
Keeping Our Athletic Facilities and Venues Safe, Accessible, and Affordable
Why it matters: Stadium seating, lighting, restrooms, and turf wear down under constant community use and must meet safety and accessibility standards. Proactive stadium upkeep keeps big community events safe, accessible, and affordable to operate.
Benefits you’ll see: Safer seating and lighting, improved ADA access, refreshed turf/track surfaces, and cleaner restrooms all lower risks and decrease game‑night disruptions.
How it fits: Smart maintenance on shared stadiums protects a major community asset used by athletics, bands, JROTC, and graduations. Proactive work reduces reactive repairs and liability, keeps events on campus, and stabilizes operating costs compared to deferring replacements until failure. And it improves our bottom line since other districts utilize our facilities.

Prop E
Pool Maintenance - $2,325,000
Keeping Community Assets Clean, Healthy, and Long-lasting
Why it matters: Pools demand specialized air and moisture control; without it, buildings corrode, energy costs rise, and air quality suffers for athletes and spectators. Right‑sized air and moisture control keeps pools healthy to use and facilities from rusting away.
Benefits you’ll see: Better indoor air (dehumidification), longer‑lasting equipment and structures, targeted roof/window work and healthier spaces with fewer expensive emergencies.
How it fits: Focused upgrades protect high‑value assets and keep student programs and meets on schedule. Improving moisture control and building envelopes reduces premature wear and unplanned closures, lowering lifecycle costs so more of the budget stays focused on classrooms and creates a much more invitable atmosphere.

NEISD is
protecting taxpayers.
Smart refinancing and early payoff have already saved local taxpayers $193 million since 2012. That same discipline helps keep more of every bond dollar going to projects instead of interest.
NEISD has held Texas' best financial rating since 2003. This fiscal responsibility has enabled us to lower our tax rate ahead of this bond investment.
Every campus benefits. Safer entrances, reliable AC and roofs, and modern classroom tools keep doors open and learning on track for more than 57,000 students, every day, in every cluster.
